Where our process begins!

If it's our first visit to your facility, this is the service for you.

What does this service include?

  • Remove and inspect diving board for any structural issues

  • Degrease box and tracks (see below)

  • Disassemble existing fulcrum, replace with all new parts, recalibrate to Duraflex specs, grease and oil appropriately (see below)

  • Disassemble hinges, clean, replace all 14 internal parts, reassembly and add fresh oil 

  • Provide hard copy of Duraflex maintenance schedule

  • Phone/email customer support and troubleshooting after service
